How long will my order take to arrive?
Most pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery within India typically takes 4–7 business days; international orders 7–14 business days. Each piece is hand-finished, so a little extra care goes into packing.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We ship worldwide, with pricing shown in USD for international regions and INR within India. Duties and local taxes, where applicable, are settled on delivery.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
If a piece isn't right for your space, you may return it within 7 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Because every item is handmade, slight variations in colour, grain, and finish are part of the craft, not faults.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
How do I care for my piece?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep wood and stone out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from damp. Avoid harsh chemicals on metallic and painted finishes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure checkout with Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking) for India and Stripe for international cards. Your payment details never touch our servers.
